Awesome customer-focused team at APC Welland. Just purchased a battery and Pat was kind enough to bring it out to my vehicle (he has done this in the past as well). Another part I needed was not in stock and he arranged for it to arrive in a couple of hours. It's so comforting to see this level of service in the hustle-and-bustle of our busy lives. I have been shopping at APC (formerly Hill-Boyles) for years and will continue. Thank you for looking after your customers. Stew.
