The young gentleman who came to my house on a service call was a true gentleman! He was articulate, professional, knowledgeable, and unbelievably polite!
Do not hesitate to use this company. They are the best. Great customer service. APB security Systems kicked it up a few notches this week. One of our sensors broke and that model was not made any longer. They asked all of their technicians if they happened to have one. I received a call back stating that they did and that they would be dropping it off to me because one of their technicians would be in my area. No charge. Great company, great people!
System always working properly . When it’s accidentally activated they always call to make sure that all is ok . When the battery died they promptly came to install a new one . Thank you Steve
From the very moment I decided to put in an alarm with APB I felt safe. The owner of the company Steve Coppola came over to review my security challenges where I didn’t think I needed anything he insisted on putting a sensor and am I glad he did.
