Had a problem with the contact making contact to set up the alarm and they dropped off a spacer to correct the problem right away I have been with them for 30 years and it’s never a problem with anything I need thanks again a highly recommend them highly
I recently had a service call for my alarm from APB Security. Scheduling was very easy (thanks Stella). Frank came by and fixed the little glitch my system was experiencing. He was very thorough. The system needed several system updates and Frank and his partner patiently worked through all of the updates. They made sure everything was working perfectly before they left my home. I needed to upgrade an older alarm at my home and also have a new installation done at my son's home. My inquiry to APB Security Systems was quickly responded to by George Zaloom. He devised plans for both homes without overselling and was very conscious of our budgets. In fact, some suggestions I had were deemed unnecessary and overkill.
