I have been renting with Shelly for 4 years, She has been amazing can't ask for a better landlord! Very understanding! With cost of living so high she has affordable apartments. I don't have an complaints!
Went to the office during operating hours twice, was closed, left multiple messages with not a single returned call... Does anyone actually work here?
I have left 23 messages for a return call requesting information, guess you have to go into the office personally for information
Shelly Hart is a nice apartment renting manager person. Rent seems very high for the quality of housing structure, but I have seen a lot worse for high price. They do cleanliness inspections once or twice a year which can be really inconvenient. If your late with rent they charge additional $100, or evict if you get too behind. I have never had that problem.
