Very polite and easy to communicate with the receptionist, very nice clean apartment, good inexpensive laundry, the apartments are perfectly situated to the hospital and also within easy walking distance to some very interesting lesser known inner city suburbs, featuring beautiful little parks interesting shops and cafes that are off the beaten track and unspoiled by being tourist orientated, just stay there it's bloody great myself and partner love it

Could not praise the staff enough! I just stayed for 3 nights , due to my need to being near the hospital . The staff were just so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I so appreciated their kindness at this trying time , and cannot thank them enough . The apartment was in perfect walking position to the Royal Melbourne . I had a one bedroom , the apartment was spotless and had a balcony . It wasn’t luxurious, but all I needed was clean and close , but the lovely staff was the icing on the cake!
