My family and I stayed there for 2 nights for my sons appointment at the royal children's hospital for an early morning appointment it didn't take long to walk to where we had to go. It was quiet and the room was perfect for us ours kids loved being there to the point our kids didn't want to leave. We will most definitely be staying there again when we need to be at the children's hospital for an appointment. This is always our go to place when we need to stay in Melbourne. The rooms have all the amenities we need for short or long stays. Staff are always helpful and obliging. The property is always clean and tidy.

After reading some reviews I was hesitant booking but decided to go ahead, and I am so so glad I did, beautiful basic clean rooms, with washer and dryer, comfortable bedding, fresh towels and bins emptied daily. Adam on the front desk goes out of his way to ensure you are welcome and comfortable. Parking is a great option to have and the tram is only minutes away.
