I had an extremely disappointing experience at The Apartments of Wildewood during my 2024 lease. Upon move-out, nearly $1,000 was unjustly withheld from my security deposit, which I believe was an unfair and exploitative practice. The cited reason was carpet damage, but the carpet only exhibited normal wear and tear after our one-year tenancy. I recently moved due to purchasing a home but my stay at The Apartments of Wildewood was great! Never had any issues and really loved my apartment. Great amenities and community. The office staff, as well as the mechanic technicians, were all extremely helpful at all times. Ciera and Cameron are very personable and go above and beyond to help you and make you feel welcomed. Nancy was always a big help too and Lindsey plans some awesome activities for the residents. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.
I have been residing at the Apartments of Wildewood since 2019. The first few years the maintenance was subpar at best. But in the past few years since new management took over. The maintenance staff has been upgraded tremendously. I have to name Reggie, Craig, Jay & Brian for being such professionals they are attentive to the tenants needs and communicate very well on the things needed to be done to keep the tenants happy. I’ve been living here 3yrs and I’ve seen office staffing come and go, which was alarming. However, the maintenance staff is pretty consistent and goes above and beyond with any issues. I would like to take a moment to recognize Carl, Craig, and Reggie for their outstanding work efforts. Whenever I have a service request they get it handled efficiently and they remove their shoes upon entering the home. These gentleman have taken my household trash down after a service request.
