STAY AWAY from this place. Worst check in process, host gaslighting, rude, liar, and apartment absolutely filthy! Mice dropping in cutlery drawer, scum marks everywhere in shower recess, greasy tv remote with food stuck on it, hair and crumbs over cooking stove, the absolute pits. Waited 1 hour in freezing cold whilst host came to sort out access with key. For the first time I written a review for the hotel. I have been travelling a lot of times. But I have worst experienced ever in this hotel. I am not sure why it is 4-stars. I am not strongly recommend this hotel.

After receiving a code to retrieve keys from a safe across the road, our code was "invalid" we called 28 times as the call taker kept putting us on hold and hanging up. They agreed to come down and give us a key. We waited for 65 mins with 2 children out the front for a key. We were told they were 5 mins away. Once we got inside the tv did not work. Overall the service was not acceptable. The room itself was ok. Will never stay again.
