Came in the office to discuss some rental rates and Dwana went above and beyond to assist me
I GOT MY CAR HIT OFER THEIR TODAY AND I WAS VERY PEED OFF AND THEN THEY DONT HAVE CAMERAS OVER THEIR AT ALL. I TOLD THE OFFICE SHE SMIRKED A LITTLE THAT WASNT COOL EITHER THEY DONT CARE OVER THEIR . THEY JUST ALL ABOUT YOU MOVING OVER THEIR AND THEM TAKING YOUR MONEY AND I WAS JUST WORKING OVER THEIR WITH MY CLIENT . SO I WASNT EVEN OUTSIDE TO SEE MY CAR UNTIL THAT PERSON LEFT ME A NOTE. SMH NOW I HAVE TO TAKE MY CAR TO THE COLLISION SHOP REAL SOON LIKE ASAP!
Dwana and Sarah made the move in process EXTREMELY fast, comfortable & easy! Management as well as maintenance here has been wonderful thus far, communication is always top tier!
