After "offering" a cancellation a few weeks earlier (that we did not accept) this "lady" sent an abrupt text to say our booking was cancelled one week out from our stay Extremely inconvenient considering we wre travelling from interstate. The "Cheers Pam" at the end of the text was an added insult (no apologies to think of). Her subsequent responses were lies and hyperbole. Beware any bookings here or any of the many other properties she manages in Launceston including Elsmere Apartments and Leichhardt Farm Cottages.
