March 2024 Update Rent Increases $185 mo. Many have packed and left being outrented. Imagine an $80 to $100 raise here annually now hit with a rent increase of $185 mo. I would rate zero stars if at all possible. The management at this place is sub par. And that’s putting it nicely. Maintenance is rude and management (if you could even call it that) did nothing about my upstairs neighbor making enough noise to wake me up in the middle of the night on a regular basis. I was told to “take it up with the neighbors” when I asked them to do something about the constant noise at night. They never addressed the noise issue the almost two years I lived there. Lived here 2019-2020. Very large and spacious. Really nice and helpful staff. Would move back if our current housing didn’t work out.
Nice place but soooo outdated. Nothing worse than walking into a nice building and seeing white cabinets/appliances. Needs some stainless steel appliances and new cabinets/countertops.
