I've only lived here for a few months, but my experience here already has been great. For anyone considering moving here, the location is great it's quiet and safe, theres many stores, gas stations, and restaurants right next to you, the area is surprisingly quiet, the other tenants are quiet and friendly, the staff have been very helpful and accommodating and they made the application/move-in process so easy for me, the maintenance team is ON IT when you put a request in for a fix/repair, I put in a request to fix my door o... read more
March 2024 Update Rent Increases $185 mo. Many have packed and left being outrented. Imagine an $80 to $100 raise here annually now hit with a rent increase of $185 mo. Some staying now are forced to go to food pantries whereas grocery money has to go to rent increase.RI seriously needs to put a cap on these outrageous increases by Greedy owners/corps. I would rate zero stars if at all possible. The management at this place is sub par. And that’s putting it nicely. Maintenance is rude and management (if you could even call it that) did nothing about my upstairs neighbor making enough noise to wake me up in the middle of the night on a regular basis. I was told to “take it up with the neighbors” when I asked them to do something about the constant noise at night. They never addressed the noise issue the almost two years I lived there. Lived here 2019-2020. Very large and spacious. Really nice and helpful staff. Would move back if our current housing didn’t work out.
