The office staff is absolutely lovely! They genuinely care and want you to feel welcomed. Not to mention the neighbors are all kind, spaces are kept clean, and it’s just a very nice environment to come home to. The rent is also competitive with surrounding areas, so that’s a major plus!
Not only are these apartments beautiful, they are in a great location in downtown Fredericksburg! It’s an easy walk to restaurants, shops, as well as the train station! The office staff is so helpful and easy to talk to. The amenities are also great!

I had the pleasure of renting Cobblestone as temporary housing. My only regret was not finding them sooner. The complex was well maintained, the apartment was laid out to allow for maximum utilization and the condition was like new. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Cobblestone if you are looking for a place to rent in Fredericksburg.
