Great place to live, especially with the amenities and the location relative to downtown. Compared to other places I've looked at previously this one really stood out! Whenever I have had any issues the staff has always been prompt and helpful with resolving them. The office staff has been very helpful when I've run into problems or need any questions answered, and the maintenance staff has always quickly and thoroughly fixed things. Overall I've been very pleased with my time here.

The office staff is absolutely lovely! They genuinely care and want you to feel welcomed. Not to mention the neighbors are all kind, spaces are kept clean, and it’s just a very nice environment to come home to. The rent is also competitive with surrounding areas, so that’s a major plus!
Not only are these apartments beautiful, they are in a great location in downtown Fredericksburg! It’s an easy walk to restaurants, shops, as well as the train station! The office staff is so helpful and easy to talk to. The amenities are also great!
