Best Apartment community in Fredericksburg! The office staff and maintenance are amazing!
I had the pleasure of renting Cobblestone as temporary housing. My only regret was not finding them sooner. The complex was well maintained, the apartment was laid out to allow for maximum utilization and the condition was like new. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Cobblestone if you are looking for a place to rent in Fredericksburg.
Attentive to needs, wonderful staff and overall excellent service
My husband and I toured a few different complexes for our son who was moving to the area for work, and Cobblestone made for the most wonderful experience. The ladies in the office were so kind and took the time to really explain all the smart home features and guide us around the community. We feel very confident about moving our son here come August!
Living at the Cobblestone Square Apartments has been such a wonderful experience! The staff in the leasing office have always been so friendly, helpful, and professional every time I've had a question, and the maintenance team always does an amazingly fast and quality job whenever I've needed something fixed. Truly a great team of people to have around you! They also put in a lot of work to maintain the grounds, and plan lots of resident events to really make it feel like home! Huge thank you to all the staff!
