We don't live here, just toured recently. Originally, we weren't going to tour because the website isn't as transparent as others. The only way to get information on rates is to take a tour. After reading a few reviews we decided to tour anyway. The tour itself was good, professional, and answered all of our questions, but the amenities we would have been required to pay for seemed unreasonable when added to the base rent. Sarah was great, communicative/informative and very polite.
Sarah and the staff at MAA Cobblestone are great. They provided an outstanding experience in touring their property, viewing multiple units in different configurations. The application process was easy and the leasing team provided prompt and accurate response to all my questions.
I truly enjoyed my visit visit!!!! The staff was very friendly and made me feel as if I was already home!❤️
