I lived in Deer Park Apartments, and listen to the reviews. These people are awful scam artists. Management doesn’t care about any of their renters after they’ve moved in. Once you’re in, they’re making their money and don’t care what happens to you. 1. Their ‘repairs’ are never fully completed. I had a leak in my ceiling I put in work orders for. Things have changed for the worst in the past month. Including no garbage pickup
People are nice and friendly. If you’re respectful to the staff they’re respectful to you. I don’t know why people give them such a bad rep. It’s apartment living so can sometimes get the noisy neighbors, dirty or middle lobby areas, or cig/smokey smell. Like some people need to calm down and just be happy the rent isn’t astronomical!
Me and my roommate were model renters paying early almost every month and leaving our apartment in perfect condition yet we still got screwed moving out. We were called maybe 4 months prior to our lease ending and asked if we wanted to renew, we informed them we did not. The lady who called then thanked us for letting them know and did not communicate a need for anything else. Please note that "jess" from hyde park apartments is a terrible associate who learned to catch an attitude with every question, im asking normal questions and she keeps flipping out and ruining my day, this person is extremely inconsiderate of families , and wellbeing for the guest that currently live at the complex, and she needs a suspension or counseling to improve, what a terrible life-talk experience i just had with her all over a standard question
