Horrible in response to maintenance needs. I had a gas leak within a month and a half of moving in, 2024. I was never compensated for anything as far as inconvenience or medical. I reach out for a simple fix, the bottom of my front door has fallen apart and I have placed 3 tickets through their request system. The first one they responded, it fell apart the next day. I put in a ticket the next day no response. I then put in a 3rd ticket 6 days later and still no response. Pitiful service and they only patch things up around ... read more
I could write a novel with all of my poor experiences. Upon moving six months ago and learning this was the maintenance company, I almost immediately broke my lease and after today I’m considering it again
