I applied to live in these rentals on July 27 and was told that I would receive a response by the following Monday. They cashed my check and never notified me off anything. I found out from the person that I going to sublet from that i wasn't chosen. That's ok, but they never ran my credit score (I have alerts set up for that) or contacted my references. My son was a tenant for 2 years and it was great! He was happy there, location was great and management was very friendly and easy to deal with! Never had any issues!
