I would be very careful using this service from this company. They will do whatever they want and think they can get away with it. I looked at an apartment who the company rented on behalf of their client. At first I gave a check for the apartment to be taken off the market until I was approved for it. After I submitted everything they wanted and asked for initially I was told I was approved and could move in on the 30th of march. They asked me to wire them the money by the Friday before the 30th.
