I rented from Apartment Mart for 8 years. I do not recommend them. It is my belief and feelings through the experience that I personally had with the owner and management, that Apartment Mart definitely discriminates against people with disabilities. To include, being bullied and inappropriately treated by Apartment Mart employees. Management is non responsive to issues...i.e., sidewalks still not cleared after snow 3 days ago, cable service must be purchased from apartment complex but when cable channels go offline they tell you they have no responsibility, doors stick and are unlockable in the winter. When contacting the leasing office they act as though you are bothering them with these problems.
The apartments are very aesthetically pleasing, but are very small and cramped. The one bedroom apartment is only designed for one person. Couples will live in miserable conditions if you choose the one bedroom. My only other complaint is that often we take cold showers in the winter because the hot water is not to be depended upon.
Horrible management. Their complexes may look nice but their people aren't.
Notably good service experience Beautiful apartments and quiet. Great safety.
