Always very pleased with apartment keepers. Never disappointed in all the years they have been coming to our place.
I’ve used Apartment Keepers for quite some time, primarily because they’re contracted with my building. While the staff have generally been polite and accommodating, my most recent experience was deeply disappointing—and it reflects a recurring pattern I’ve encountered not only with this company, but with several cleaning services across the Washington, D.C. area. They were absolutely outstanding. I have relied on this service for years, and the two ladies who came today did an exceptional job cleaning my condo unit. I sincerely hope they will be assigned to me again in the future.
Bed bugs - they brought bed bugs into my apartment.
The cleaning was service cleaning. They didn’t vacuum couch, chairs, under couch, chairs or coffee table. Didn’t mop floors well since dust was still under the dining room table. They were in and out in 1 hour and 15 minutes for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment
