Craig was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about apartment locations including how they would be impacted by commutes, parking availability, local dining and entertainment etc. I would highly recommend him especially to anyone who is new to Chicago.
If you do not immediately give them all of your information, they will refuse to work with you. This includes answering a basic question like 'which floor is the apartment on and how many floors are in the building?" Why do you suppose that is? Because they're more interested in selling your data than they are in renting an apartment to you. Scammers.
Tina helped me find my home in seriously less than a week. She was fast, super honest, and showed me exactly what I was looking for. She also helped me when I was having issues with the lease & processing. Amazing agent going above and beyond. I recommend apartment guys in general to anyone who is overwhelmed when it comes to finding a home in a big city. Great company with great agents, would give more than 5 stars if I could.
