Tristan was super helpful in my apartment search. Spring/summer rental markets are always the most competitive but Tristan went above and beyond to make sure I could secure an apartment that fit my needs. Would strongly recommend apartment guys and Tristan!
Even though we didn’t end up signing a lease with the units Tristan showed us, he was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and full of great energy throughout the process. He made us feel genuinely cared for, taking the time to understand our needs and continuing to send listings even after our initial viewings. Tristan even followed up to congratulate us when we found our final home. Highly recommend working with him!
Tristan was thorough and responsive in my experience. His diligence is top tier. Feel like I got the luck of the draw w/ this guy. He showed me 4 spots well within budget, but the one I eyed wasn't available to view that day...so we thought. Long-story-longer; we ended up being able to view the apt only b/c he was professional, present and attentive between said viewings and coordinating w/ the property manager to end up seeing where i'll ultimately move to.
Tristan saved the day! I had an appointment with a colleague of Tristan who inexplicably failed to make my appointment. The mgmt team sent Tristan to meet me. Tristan was very helpful and we found my apartment that day! Thank you!!!
Long time south sider, finally decided to move to the north side. I ended up looking up an apartment that so happened to be posted by the apartment guys. So glad I did. Tristan reached out and told him I was serious about the place. He was able to work his magic even though the apartment was receiving multiple inquiries. Super down to earth when we met for a in person tour of the place. He always answered my questions and kept me posted with the lease situation. I’d definitely recommend this service! 🫡
