The apartments are okay. I liked the fact that they were in a wooded area (one of few in gville).However, the management is ridiculous to try and deal with. The maintenance is backed up on work orders and they wont hire anyone to help with the load. Its not the maintenance guys fault at all. The new management will patronize and condenscend you if you are female. You really feel as if you are running in circles to get anything done. Like the reviews say. Not worth the star. Places riddled with bugs especially centipedes and spiders. Overpriced rooms for the age and quality. Had to have toilet repaired upon moving in only to have maintenance people go through my things to find a Pen to sign the paper and took a drink out my fridge. Stains all over carpets. Office staff very condescending. Lied about pet fee. Said it was a one time rate and then told me there would be a \$15 a month charge the day I signed papers. I lived in Arlington Square for 2 years. The apartment was nice. Bugs were a problem but with the area and the amount of pine straw, its to expected. They have someone that can come spray weekly though. Were it not for the management, I wouldnt mind living there again. The people that work in the office are completely ignorant. When I moved out recently, they told me and my roommate completely different things, which made moving out a huge pain. I would not recommend this to anyone which is ashame because they are nice apart... read more
