My wife went to their Tempe office. The first thing the rep did was correct my wife and daughter on the pronunciation of Tempe as if she were a grade school teacher. The rep then proceeded to berate her on the fact that she did not have a job (this was my wifes first week in Phoenix and I am paying the bills).
