This place is really shady. I explained to them the time frames I'm looking at with my housing voucher, they wanted me to risk giving notice to my current housing based on their assurance that 'don't worry you'll find something' just because they said it was "too early" ... I just got off the phone with them. When I explained my situation, the representative immediately started explaining to me that I would not be able to break a lease, with a HOM Inc. voucher. I had all of the paperwork together to move, and had already broken a lease. He assumed that I had not without even listening to me. He also expected to speak to my case manager at HOM Inc. I was first told they would help me - no problem, then I was told I don't have enough income, then I was told all they could offer was one place where there are reported shooting. I am not a piece of crap, but a human being. My monthly earnings are 1900. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
They represent trashy slum lord places. I can't believe they are not embarassed to recommend these places!
