They don’t even deserve a star at ALL ⭐️!!!!!!!! MOLD!!!!! I started getting sick, got ready to move out and that’s when I noticed mold growth on my furniture and clothes and shoes at a very rapid rate. My Acc broke in June by July 29 I was gasping for clean air in my sleep! I Told the manager when I turned my key in that while I was moving I found mold everywhere‼️On my sheets and pillows, on my bed, underneath on the planks that hold my mattress, box spring on all of my clothes and shoes, my tables, entertainment dressers.... read more
Update: I spoke with Lisa, who is above my Regional Manager and she was very apologetic of the issues we’ve been having. She listened to my concerns and I’ve already seen changes! Original review: We've had issues with management and the common area facilities at my apartment for years, and whenever I try to speak with our Regional Manager at corporate he doesn't get back to me. The person I speak to over the phone is nice and apologetic, but it shouldn't take my husband to email for a response, and I'm tired of the same iss... read more
Person who is new sits outside the managers office and leaves the managers door open. No respect for the tenants and their privacy. New and rude and gets revenge. Her husband worked there in maintenance and now her. A little nepotism in a way. Why can't she just get up and close the property managers door.
I've had a great experience at Trailends apartments. Maintenace response almost immediately and they made a lot of accommodations for pet owners. Thanks Trey and Maintenance!
