APARTMENT DYNAMICS discriminates against people with handicaps and disabilities! Threatened with eviction for complaining about this!
I applied for a position with this company about 6 months ago. When they told me what the pay was in apologized for wasting their time & mine, and ask them to discard my application. Fast forward 6 months, and they emailed me saying "They'd moved forward in their hiring process ...., and I was "... no longer being considered for the position". That seems to be on par with the services they offer.
Good luck getting maintenance that you pay rent for! I requested pest control that they charge an extra $10 a month for And they selected complete on the work order even though NOBODY came to spray for spiders! According to Ashley Matthew’s (the community manager at the villas) they had to fire cleggs pest control and they said they hired orkin but I’ve heard nothing in regards to an actual appointment for our apartment. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to share my experience with Apartment Dynamics & their property Trails End. Overall, it’s been frustrating dealing with the staff here. A lot of them seem unsure of their roles and don’t have the knowledge you’d expect from people managing a property. The biggest issue I had was with a manager named Jennifer.
