So for over a month now, I’ve had the great displeasure of having a sewage backup in my tub multiple times, as well as intermittently flushing toilets at a property in Villas (Managed by Apartment Dynamics) The staff in the office as well as maintenance team have been great! Apartment Dynamics does an excellent job managing apartments. Having used multiple management companies over the past 30 years, they're the best in the industry. While they can't make every resident happy in every situation this is a company that genuinely cares about their properties and the residents living there.
APARTMENT DYNAMICS discriminates against people with handicaps and disabilities! Threatened with eviction for complaining about this!
I applied for a position with this company about 6 months ago. When they told me what the pay was in apologized for wasting their time & mine, and ask them to discard my application. Fast forward 6 months, and they emailed me saying "They'd moved forward in their hiring process ...., and I was "... no longer being considered for the position". That seems to be on par with the services they offer.
Good luck getting maintenance that you pay rent for! I requested pest control that they charge an extra $10 a month for And they selected complete on the work order even though NOBODY came to spray for spiders! According to Ashley Matthew’s (the community manager at the villas) they had to fire cleggs pest control and they said they hired orkin but I’ve heard nothing in regards to an actual appointment for our apartment.
