I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to share my experience with Apartment Dynamics & their property Trails End. Overall, it’s been frustrating dealing with the staff here. A lot of them seem unsure of their roles and don’t have the knowledge you’d expect from people managing a property. The biggest issue I had was with a manager named Jennifer. After nearly a month of trying to get basic habitability needs met, I’m leaving this review to warn future tenants of what you might endure under this property management company. About four weeks ago, my AC unit began leaking severely, soaking my carpet and damaging my personal belongings—including furniture and a large rug. Have had only amazing experiences with Apartment Dynamics as a manager. Theyre always quick to respond, professional, and helpful. You can tell they care about the property and the residents.
