Good luck getting maintenance that you pay rent for! I requested pest control that they charge an extra $10 a month for And they selected complete on the work order even though NOBODY came to spray for spiders! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to share my experience with Apartment Dynamics & their property Trails End. Overall, it’s been frustrating dealing with the staff here. A lot of them seem unsure of their roles and don’t have the knowledge you’d expect from people managing a property. The biggest issue I had was with a manager named Jennifer.
