Im still involved with these guys, and they have one asset going into foreclosure likely, (not yet, check back in a month) not sure about another. And they also own a 3rd that is distressed currently also. We shall also see what happens with that. All that said, they also owe me a lot of a (hard money loan) that is 2 and a half years late they haven’t been able to pay back. Please reach out if you want more info on these guys. It’s a sad situation on all 3 assets they own. Adam Mitchell and Lance Doty are the owners.
I would beware of investing with these folks. They will blame the market, but it falls back on lack of management.They do not pay back their agreements signed either. Beware.
