The Dr was nice. However I got charged for services not rendered, that I had to pay due to insurance not covering it. Tried to get in touch with billing twice with no return call. Very disappointed with these services after reading such great reviews.
As always, a great conversation with next steps in place!
I have never expected free service, and I completely understand that offices must follow payment policies. However, what truly disappointed me today was the lack of empathy and willingness to help me find an alternative solution. I explained that I genuinely needed to be seen today and was trying my best to resolve the situation.
