Apaps installed a dash cam which was placed to close to the rear view mirror mount which caused a blind spot once camera was facing directly to the front square on. after mentioning this they offered to relocate. even though it was their stuff up, they charged an extra $42 for labour to fix this issue they caused...... what an absolute joke of a business. apparently this is an acceptable way to run a business......
Cant reply to your so called truth below so will add to this review - AS I SAID BELOW RIPPED US OFF - I never said our new car was brand new (what difference does that make anyway ??) - your first guy told us the 12 pin plug was wired wrong as pins 11 & 12 were missing so he alterred the wires - never mentioned any diagram or the fact caravans are often wired differently - told us in writing (on invoice) he had fixed the wiring "so fridge would work" - BUT IT DIDNT - had to take car back - other guy asked us what brand carav... read more
Ripped us off - we had bought new car - got Apap to replace reverse camera from previous car into new car, wire up solar dcdc box & control box & rewire 12 point plug for caravan as fridge not working - charged over $800 which accepted although later advised by other this was high - BUT THEN THE FRIDGE DIDNT WORK SO HAD TO GO BACK & AFTER ADMITTING THEY HAD STUFFED UP WITH THE CONNECTION GOT CHARGED ANOTHER $150 TO FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKE - RIP OFF !!!!!!!!
During our recent holiday we encountered an electrical fault in my vehicle - as usual horrible timing. Danny was a massive help and squeezed me in the next morning which was a huge relief and saved my holiday plans. He also had diagnosed and fixed the issue (alternator failure) before I had finished my coffee from the local cafe in Tully. Highly recommend.
