I can not get them to call or text me back. We moved everything out of the unit. I called the number for the company and only got a message telling me to leave a message or text. The mailbox has been full for months, so you can't leave a message. I texted to let them know everything was out and the unit was available. And told them not to charge us any longer. Guys is a scam artist. Day one I should of trusted my gut, his assistant had no paperwork, couldn't give me a copy or anything. 3 months in we check out storage and it was full of mold and allot of my family's things were ruined. I called and he acted like he was surprised 😮. But come on you know it wasn't. I'm a VETERAN, I get paid once a month. I trusted him. I even called and gave him a new card number to charge when my other card was stolen.. Then the worst part... Not only did the storage unit have mold and destroyed s... read more

I wouldn’t store a bag of dirt in this place. It’s infested with rats. The doors don’t seal, so everything is exposed to the elements. The units are only separated by walls, so they’re open to each other at the top. We found so much mold and ice in our unit. We had to get rid of so much stuff because it was so far gone. We found a place so much nicer and also larger just a little ways down the road for around the same price.
