I gave three stars because every staff member of True Ground that I have met thus far has been amazingly kind, helpful, and respectful. The People's Pantry is an excellent resource for all residence. On the other hand living at The Springs I have had so many maintenance issues in one year and 4 months of residency that's been ridiculously stressful. I am incredibly disappointed of the new staff at Arlington Mill Dean is incredible rude and unprofessional, this man is so loud and obnoxious, he shares confidential information with other residents , Jessica the Regional Manager is so unprofessional, zero ethics, I can’t believe she is the regional manager she is has not manners or education, this woman yells at the residents and her staff as well, this unbelievable someone hired her as the Regional!! Ps. The only good thing here is Trish!!
Our water heater was beeping and we had no hot water. No more than 30 min after we put the request in, they came and fixed the issue.
