I gave three stars because every staff member of True Ground that I have met thus far has been amazingly kind, helpful, and respectful. The People's Pantry is an excellent resource for all residence. On the other hand living at The Springs I have had so many maintenance issues in one year and 4 months of residency that's been ridiculously stressful.
