I am incredibly disappointed of the new staff at Arlington Mill Dean is incredible rude and unprofessional, this man is so loud and obnoxious, he shares confidential information with other residents , Jessica the Regional Manager is so unprofessional, zero ethics, I can’t believe she is the regional manager she is has not manners or education, this woman yells at the residents and her staff as well, this unbelievable someone hired her as the Regional!! Ps. The only good thing here is Trish!!
Our water heater was beeping and we had no hot water. No more than 30 min after we put the request in, they came and fixed the issue.
APAH staff are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They do honest and good work for the community!
