Wow, not only was I impressed by the office staff but the mechanics and all the way up made sure I understood what was going on and even showed me the problem and potential solution. Very honest people and I will be using them in the future!

I drive a 2005 truck with the original transmission. It was starting to show signs of what I thought was maybe slippage. It was hesitating getting into gear first start up but then ran fine the rest of the day. I stopped by to get it checked out. Even though Jason was busy working on an issue for another customer and answering phones I explained to him what was exactly going on. He had his assistant run a diagnosis on my truck.
