I don't see what all the praise is about for these guys. I went in on a Monday morning and asked if they could simply check my transmission fluid level and change the fluid if it looked bad. They flat out said they couldn't help me and sent me away. Didn't even consider it. Sat there waiting for someone to even talk to me and one of the mechanics strolled in and pretty much said they wouldn't do it. So yea. I don't know who they decide to help or not help... But they sure wanted nothing to do with me.

Brought my truck in for a funny noise that sounded like the driveline or transmission. I was very pleased with their service and appreciated their transparency throughout the troubleshooting process. I didn’t feel like they were going to charge me for things that weren’t problems, and they weren’t going to take the most expensive route to get results. The mechanics here are top-notch with lots of experience.

Waste of time. Waste of money. When I went to pickup the vehicle the employee told me the transmission was bad. Without putting shifter together, which was the reason i took it to them?? To repair the shifter (if you work there thatshe big stick that controls the transmissipn.) Somebody is lying to someone because the owner called and said that the transfer case has metal pieces coming out of the drain plug. That's when I said I would come and get it. I can't say how thankful I am to Apache Transmission. I broke down right down the street right before they closed and they still let me bring the car in and set it in a safe place for the night while I waited on insurance to tell me what they wanted to do. They definitely have the best staff I have ever gotten the chance to meet with any shop and would recommend them every day of the week for that alone.
