I arrived for a conference for the company I work tonight. I took an Apache Taxi to my hotel the Embassy Suites, the driver helped with putting all my luggage in the car. We got to the hotel in under 20 minutes and the fare amount was reasonable. Definitely better experience than I had with the yellow cab company in the past, only problem was that it took awhile for an Apache Taxi to show up at the terminal. It's mostly yellow cabs whenever i arrive in Phoenix Sky Harbor.

I've called them 4 times this week and never had a problem. Cars are quick and clean.I will say though if you have a airport reservation make it at least 4 hours earlier, they can get pretty busy in the mornings.

The driver of this taxi company ran straight into my car and totaled it. When I called the manager he was rude and told me not to call him anymore and hung up on me. He had said he was too busy at work to talk to me. The driver that hit me didn't even look my way when he pulled out and hit my car and he even told the police that. If I was any of you I would never do business with them.

I got to the airport and the service was on time even-though it was at 4:30 AM pick up.

THE WORST! I just used them last night and my luggage was damaged. I flew to NY and back to Phx and made sure I took care of my new luggage. In baggage claim I didn't see the scratch so I'm most sure it happened in the less than 10 minute cab ride home. I feel so stupid for even giving that man a tip.
