Yep, Ed's the man. He makes everything run smoothly in the store and is very patient with frazzled homeowners like me who are delving into stone and xeriscaping for the very first time. Prices are reasonable, great service from all the crew and their beautiful doggie mascot, but a special shout out to Joe, their lot manager, who was never too busy to answer questions or come to my aid no matter when I was at the store. We had stone ordered and sent to our home in Utah. Shipping was $500, when the stone arrived it was severely damaged, boxes mangled, most of the corner pieces we needed were broken. I recorded the offload from the shipping company, they wrote on their records it was damaged at pickup. My husband called to get a resolution dozens of times, talked to managers but no one ever got back to us or corrected the issue.
