My building is leaking and Apache has done nothing to fix the issue. Will not even return calls or messages. When they poured concrete they litterly threw the fiber material out by hand because the concrete plant forgot to mix it at batch plant. I have multiple cracks in my concrete and the 2x6 lathing they install was broken in place an and they just nailed it up anyway. I paid the agreed upon price on everything when it was due. Do not use these guys. I had to take them to small claims court due to issues with my building. Extremely rude. I won the court case and have a judgement against them, but naturally they have not paid. They were even rude to the judge who threatened to make their matters worse.
Two guys manually unloaded materials...not easy. When the shop was put up, the outside walls had lots of dirt stuck to them. When we told Jason, he was very rude, had a bad attitude, and told us he was putting the job "on hold". After i sent numerous pictures, Victoria called and said the guys would take care of everything. They ended up cleaning the metal for us, and the job was not put on hold. Thank Heavens for Victoria! Be certain to verify that the concrete crew can handle the job. VERY disappointed with the concrete job. Also, Jason was very obnoxious and disinterested in correcting issues.
Great guys! Very reasonable! Do fantastic work and get the job completed in a great amount of time! Highly recommend!!
