New and improved! I stopped coming here about3 years ago because the staff was rude and the groomers were never available. I heard from a friend that they had new management, staff nag groomers. I decided to give them another chance as they are close to my house. What a difference! The receptionist, Brenda, was very friendly on the phone and Crystal, the groomer listened to how I wanted my dog groomed and he looks great!
Review of apache Borading and Grooming I would not recommend Apache Boarding and Grooming.I made an appointment for my dog to receive a wash and trim .It is Janary and when I arrived I explained to the groomer that she is an outdoor dog and needs her coat. I wasn't even asked for my veterinarian's references although I volunteered the information. Groomer appeared harried. When I returned to pick up my dog she was administering cream because she had cut her nails too short (painful) and had totally cut off all her hair sayin... read more
