Apache was called out to resolve a non-cooling issue we were having with a residence we are renting in the city of Blanco. Although I wasn’t at the location for the completion of the work, my wife was extremely impressed with the overall experience, which is really saying something. A big shout out to the office staff, I’m bad with names, that kept us updated and Nick Potter the technician who had us up and running in no time. It’s really great to see there’s still great service companies that still care about the customer.
Apache agent,Ben, took photos of the attic unit I was not able to get to. Ben was what I was expecting; polite, professional and efficient.
My tech was very polite & respectful. He also seemed honest & kept me informed on the job. The warranty work will be completed next week. So far so good!
Update! Used Apache again- blower fan went out- and as expected… amazing service! They are professional, prompt and knowledgeable. And honestly just the nicest people. 5 stars! Thanks Apache! Apache was amazing! AC went out last night, and it’s slated to be one of the hottest weeks yet. I sent them a message Monday morning at 6 AM, they called me back before 8 AM and were at my house by early afternoon.
