Tres was great and the company's customer service is always top notch!
We were very happy with Nick! He explained everything well and was very patient with our questions. Thank you for sending a knowledgeable and personable service technician! I should add that our Trane unit is only 3.5 years old and we are surprised to have any issues with it so we are reaching out to the manufacturer regarding warranty.
We like Apache. Tech Brayden Stanley did a great job performing our Spring maintenance. Discovered an issue with our unit outside, proposed a package to correct with included a deep clean of our unit + a strip in out drain pan to prevent build up. Appreciate the followup calls from Desiree.
Tres was great, as usual. He completed the service expertly by himself when his coworker was otherwise engaged. He is always courteous, personable, and completely professional. I appreciate him coming and Apache Air.
