Medical staff excellent. Billing dept not pleasant. Not characteristic of pain mgmnt. Abrasive. I had been making payments over about the last four years for procedures portions, that my insurance wouldn’t cover because I had poor insurance. When I called for more help, the lady in the billing department had sent me a contract to make payments a year prior and due to my amount of medical bills and automatic debits I just didn’t realize that one wasn’t being paid. The peopeo in this office are amazingly awesome. I've never had a bad experience and I've been going there for years. The efficiency is second to none. Best of all they have spine models to play with in each exam room. Something to play with.
