We appreciated the work that Joe and his crew did on our house. However, at the end of the job we asked for a couple of small touch ups which they agreed to do. They shook my husband’s hand and we paid our final payment (since the work supposedly also is covered by a three year warranty) stating they would be out the following week to take care of it. Painting job was done almost a year ago. Many mistakes were found immediately. They did come back and fix a few but we were told they would return when the weather was warm enough to paint again. We still have not heard from them. That was in February. They also did some cement work that also immediately started cracking and chipping. $17,000 wasted. Beware!!!!!
Didn't finish the job. Very quick and sloppy work. No response to come back to finish the job. Deck boards are not fastened securely. Still waiting for them to call us back and it’s been over a month now??? Do not recommend. Please check the Better Business Bureau ratings before hiring!!!! Wish we would have done our research.

They did a great job repairing my mobile home roof. Joe stated I had a 2 year warranty on the roof, but based on their 2 layers of materials in the roof, "nothing was getting thru". Since the beginning of November I discovered 2 water spots on my ceiling and a third one earlier this week. I have left messages so they can take a look at. the roof. They promised several times they would get out to check roof but have yet to return to my place.
