Although I can say I never had issues with the leadership and I believe they also treated me fair. I cannot say the same for others. The climate is built around nothing but results now and the team later. This company has EXTREMELY HIGH attrition rate that is unhealthy and completely unnatural for the work force and unfortunately it is due to a leadership style that prioritizes it's numbers and data more than it's employees. It's unfortunate as Aviation Recruiting is fun and unique.
Got a text message about a job as a painter. In 36 years of work, I’ve never had a painter title on any resume. Then an hour later got a text from the same number about a job as an inspector. Ok, I am a CWI( certified welding inspector), I reply but no response. You can’t call the number back. Then 30 minutes later I get a text from another recruiter with another number. All say APA services.She want to talk to me about an aviation maintenance job. Again, never on my resume. These people have no idea what they are doing .
The company has only one or two people that have been there longer than 2 years. That says all you need to know. The company fires people like a flip of a switch including executive positions. The culture is that of we don't invest in employees or care for their well being. Management is unstructured and really only does what the owner wants, theres no pushback. Human Resources VP bullied various employees. If youre looking for a temp job where you will be lost as to what you need to be doing. This is your next job.
