Do not work for this company. Poor management. The leadership staff is messy. The “lead” was busy gossiping, and trying to tell on everyone. Managers spy on you. I was told that I’m “too nice” to customers and needed to be more “pushy”. I was told it would look better to the “owner” if I came to work the day after my wife’s immediate family member passed due to being there less than 30 days.
