I have never had a negative experience here until this year. My rental car was vandalized during my stay along with one other guest. I did everything I was supposed to do including a police report, report to the rental company and of course I am now responsible for the damages. I dont think this is fair as this is supposed to be a CORPORATE hotel with no security or working cameras beyond the first row of the parking lot and now I cant get a return call or email

Hotel de amplias dimensiones con gran parking. Las habitaciones son muy amplias. Quizá necesite una actualización. El personal cordial con lo justo. Zona tranquila y bien conectada a un paso de la autopista con cómodos accesos. Quisimos toma el desayuno pero era muy caro.y con pocas opciones solo a la carta

We had a great experience at check-in thanks to Pranama. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. She helped us quickly and swiftly when there was an issue with our third party booking. Excellent 10/10 service 👍🏼👍🏼
