Few weeks back did oil chang. He didn't fix the filters properly l, had a leak and had to do an emergency situation and had to go to Toyota service. They identified this was the issue and spent hundreds to fix the issue. And possibly engine impact she to low oil. Can't believe poor quality service just for simple oil change.
