I personally would not recommend AP3 Construction to anyone. They were the company chosen by the sellers of the house we purchased and they replaced the roof on the property prior to us signing the closing documents. Shortly after we moved in, we noticed a small leak in one of the rooms so I reached out to AP3 as our realtor provided their contact information and I unfortunately do not remember the name of the man I spoke with, but right away it was not a good experience.
