A redemptive review. AP1 came out and identified our leak, and had a crew out fixing it within 3-4 days. It was a 2 day project. The crew did not communicate very well, and left quite a mess of concrete and rubble when they finished and left without notice. We contacted Joe about it and sent photos. He was quick to apologize, and showed up himself at our house the next morning (On Thanksgiving Day) to clean it up and re-check all the work, and did it with a great attitude. My pool repair guy connected me with this place and our experience horrible. I believe the owner Tony is unreliable as soon as he gets paid and stops responding before the problem is solved. His crew came and did there thing, found a leak which I had repaired, however we still had water loss. He sent a crew out again who found another leak which again was quickly repaired but we also knew that wasn't the problem because the water was going below that leak. Good at finding and fixing leak. Had to patch and repatch the cement 3x and it still doesn’t look good. They were supposed to fix the spider cracks but never came back. Plus never answered calls at the end. I don’t recommend them.
Has low cal dish . Food always good there.
Our pool had a leak for some time. AP1 Leak Detection Inc, Joe and Minor were very helpful. The technician identified the leak very quickly. He also checked all piping and other areas to make sure there is no other leak. Our pool was repaired on the same day with warranty. Joe was kind enough and responded to all my calls and questions after the repair. He stopped by two times after the repair to perform proper bucket test proving there is no more leak in my pool.
