Deceptive trade practices, sold me an older vehicle (on line) for top dollar because it was listed with very low mileage, after receiving the vehicle it was apparent that the mileage was not correct. After further research with the VIN I discovered that it had been in an accident and repaired, and that it had a list of mileage recorded when sold which resulted in 3 times higher mileage than advertised or listed on my sales contract. There response is I bought it "AS IS". sorry but odometer fraud is a crime. Next step NC AG.
