I've visited this urgent care twice in the last year and had a good experience both times. The providers I saw both times were excellent and acted with urgency when I needed to go get additional scans. Once my results were available a few hours later, I was given a call to discuss the results and take appropriate action. Thank you John and Flora! Great option for when you need care but don't necessarily need the ER yet since the wait time here is significantly shorter than the ER.
I've heard from locals that the owner has a reputation for being rude and inconsiderate but I decided to give the urgent care a chance. Upon meeting the owner, I noticed that Stephanie could not care less about patients and was certainly lacking in bedside manner.
