We were at an endurance ride in Camden and pulled the wires out of our trailer box (forgot to unhook). US Rider recommended Joe and he was kind, diligent and made sure we were 100% before leaving camp. It was a complicated situation as the box was not conventional and he never gave up! I cannot recommend his high level of service and caring enough.
I contacted Joe and Kari about putting a hitch on a 2025 Subaru . I was promptly provided with a very reasonable quote. The hitch arrived in a couple of days and the installation was scheduled very quickly. Joe showed me the video on the work to install the wiring and hitch . They installed it while I waited. I was traveling through the area in my camper when my tail-lights quit working. I found this place on Google and couldn't be happier with them. They were friendly, honest, and hardworking. They found the bad component and wired things up to get me back on the road. They know their stuff about trailers and wiring. Their prices are amazing too, these are just good honest folks.
