Set up an appointment. They never bothered to call me with updates. They wouldn’t answer the phone when I called or would tell me to text them. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Do NOT use this company.
Zero stars! This place is a joke. Doesn't even exist! Address empty and don't even know why they haven't been caught doing whatever scam it is they're up to pretending to be a legit business. ***BEWARE***
Great service from this company. After calling around and getting quotes from other businesses, AP Tek had the lowest price I could find. They let me know what they would be in contact with me before they came out (I scheduled an appointment for day following my call). Sure enough, the service employee called me and asked if I was available and was here shortly after. The only reason there is one star is because I could not give 0. Very rude & unprofessional...extremely expensive...please avoid...find a 4/5 star ranking company. Not these guys.
I've been lied to by Michael numerous times, I haven't received a receipt, I was given a bogus email for me to send him an email then he will send me my receipt and to top it off when I drove my car my speaker sounds like crap which never happened before the window replacement. I called and left a message to Mike the installer, no response so I sent Michael at all tek a message as well. Still no response. Don't use this company
