Do not recommend, save yourself the hassle and spend more money with another company! The person I initially booked with was great and professional, but whoever she sent was horrible. I booked a photobooth for a party from 8:30 - 10:30pm months ago. I asked them to be on time because I only had the party room booked until 11pm. Not only did the person arrive late, the photobooth was not set up until 9:30pm because he was “troubleshooting”. I was very disappointed with the photo booth service for my son’s first birthday. For the same price you can get a higher quality booth. The photo quality was extremely poor many of the pictures came out blurry and the faces looked distorted, which made them unusable as keepsakes from the event. On top of that, the green screen setup kept falling off throughout the night, which disrupted the experience for guests. Anna was amazing to work with! She made me feel comfortable and captured everything beautifully. I loved her work and would recommend her to anyone looking for a talented photographer.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. The experience was extremely chaotic and unprofessional, and deeply disappointing overall. On the day of the wedding, the bride received a call at 10:00 AM informing us that they would be delayed because they were running behind on other events. During that same call, they proceeded to ask for payment even though full payment had already been made days in advance and confirmed by email.
