During that same call, they proceeded to ask for payment even though full payment had already been made days in advance and confirmed by email. We had a very disappointing experience with this photo booth vendor at our wedding reception - and just want to recommend buyer beware - their prices are cheap, but quality is not good at all. Here are all the issues we experienced: 1. The print and photo quality was poor. The filters applied to the photos were so heavy that they covered and distorted guests’ faces, which completely defeats the purpose of having a photo booth. We hired A&P Photobooth Services for an event on December 29th, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The attendant arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. I provided my own backdrop, and the lighting turned out fantastic. They even allowed me to design my own photo layout, which I really appreciated—very accommodating and easy to work with.
