I hired this contractor for a bathtub repair, and while the initial work seemed okay, the results didn’t last. Within a couple of months, the paint started chipping. I contacted AP Refinishing and scheduled a time for a follow-up repair, but the contractor never showed up and has since ignored all my calls. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere—save yourself the frustration.
Peter was VERY responsive and was the ONLY contractor willing to service the Joliet area - I had called 6 other companies and they all either said "we don't service Joliet" or didn't respond. Peter was very professional and reasonably priced. The worked was done in an hour (bathtub cosmetic repair).

Had my tub refinished 18 months ago. The refinish has discolored around the drain. I have tried to contact Piotr Urbanowicz via text, email and phone. He answered his phone only once and said he would fit me in to repair. To date he has not responded to any other requests and is avoiding my calls, texts and emails. I would NOT use this company as they do not stand behind their product and do not respond to customers.
