We had a wonderful experience having Tony come through and help us with our backed up pipe in the kitchen. He fixed the blockage really quickly, showed us how our pipes worked and where the obstruction probably was and then talked to us about preventative maintenance. He was on time and called 30 mins before arrival. We really appreciate all of the help and knowledge.
Upon receiving a call from a longtime customer in a panic mode n rightfully so, 3 backed up toilets , 2 backed up showers, 6 backed up sinks, 1 dishwasher n 1 clothes washing machine. So backed up that each plumbing fixture was sharing the fruits of the others. Plunge one into the other n so on. Of course, I respond with my cape on ready to save the day only to become just another soaking wet plumbing fixture...from head to toe not once but 3 times.
