I did my research before choosing this nail salon. Their reviews were great, and they confirmed they could do the design I wanted. But my experience was really disappointing. From the moment I walked in, something felt off. No one welcomed me, and the atmosphere was cold. The nail tech barely spoke to me and spent most of the time watching videos on his phone. I love both Alex and Phoenix, they are both very nice and gentle with your hands and nails and to me that was a big thing. They do an amazing job with the designs you want as well and it feels like your appointment goes by fast with how relaxed you are while getting your nails done.

Absolutely wonderful! Both techs were very friendly, and the space was quite clean! The man (Alex?) did a fantastic job on my and my aunt's nails, and in barely an hour! My nails started a bit beat up, but he had them nice in no time. They're both clearly good at what they do, it was a great experience.

I love my nails every time I get them done! I’ve gone twice and will continue to go! The service is super fast and reasonably priced! I love the conversations I have with Alex! Highly recommend.
