AP Lofts is terrible. The entire building smells like cigarettes and local thugs urinate in the elevators and stairways. GHETTO 2.0 18 bicycles stolen at one time. Two elevators always broken, overhead door broken. Nice people live here and ignorant scum call AP Lifts home too. Where these 5 star reviews come from is OZ
I agree that at 545 swan St, loft in buffalo, ny is constantly changing management that makes living here unpleasant & unfair while good tenants are leaving & bad smoking nasty pet owners are staying & the hygiene of the place has become worst with not enough staff to maintain cleanliness in & around the bldg.
Terrible service.
I only rate it a 1 because no one answers the phone for a month now I send a e mail asking if they have 1 or 2 bedroom available no answers I call everyday and leave messages still no answer
Stayed there 5yrs moved june31 never received my deposit back now we're n July still haven't gotten my money 😞😞😞
