Amy was there every step of the way prepared to answer all of the questions I had promptly. I could not have asked for a better guide to help me through all that is the home buying process and negotiate successfully on my behalf. Throughout it all she was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
I have had a horrible experience with this builder when trying to buy a home. Constant changes of the price they wanted. Agreeing to a price then backing out. It seems like I dodged a bullet based on the other reviews.
They are great to work with until the closing is over. After that, they do as little a possible to live up to their responsiblities and don't seem to care about it. I love our house but I would not recommend this builder.
Thia was one of the worst builders I have ever dealt with. Do not use them
Do not trust this home builder. He lies about the materials he will use and what he will deliver. The project will be low quality
