I recently visited AP Findings in Richmond and had very different experiences depending on who I spoke with. The two gentlemen I dealt with were professional, respectful, and honest in their approach. I truly appreciate their transparency and integrity. Unfortunately, their boss took over the conversation and began quoting prices that were shockingly higher, in fact, over 600% more than what the gentlemen had quoted and far above the rates at their own sister location.
